Between John Needham of Eynesbury in the county of Huntingdon and Constant his wife and William Day of Kimbolton in the county of Huntingdon and Thomas Day of Kimbolton, for one year, of property called by Sign of the Boar, St. Neots, Huntingdon. Lease of property, Sign of the Boar, St. Neots, Huntingdon, from John Needham of Eynesbury in the county of Huntingdon and Constant, his wife, to William Day of Kimbolton, Huntingdon and Thomas Day of Kimbolton for the period of one year. The lease is subject to the life interest of Frances Child, formerly Frances Hatley, widow of Richard Hatley of St. Neots, deceased. Constant Needham is named in the will of Richard as devisee in fee in reversion.
